Paul Hellyer

Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Curtiss-Wright Technical Institute Politician, engineer, and UFO disclosure advocate Born in Waterford, Ontario, Canada (1923–2021)

Paul Hellyer was a Canadian politician, engineer, and author who served as the Minister of National Defence and later became one of the most prominent political figures to advocate for UFO disclosure. During his tenure in government, he was responsible for significant military reforms and played a key role in unifying the Canadian Armed Forces. However, in the later years of his life, Hellyer became widely known for his outspoken views on extraterrestrial presence and government secrecy regarding UFOs. He publicly claimed that multiple extraterrestrial species have been visiting Earth for decades and that world governments, particularly the United States, have been withholding this information from the public.

Hellyer’s advocacy for full disclosure made him a controversial figure, but he remained steadfast in his belief that humanity had much to gain from acknowledging extraterrestrial life. He suggested that advanced alien civilizations possessed technologies that could revolutionize energy production and environmental sustainability. Hellyer frequently spoke at UFO conferences and appeared in documentaries discussing his perspective on global governance, secret military projects, and extraterrestrial contact. Despite skepticism from mainstream science and politics, he remained a highly influential voice in the UFO disclosure movement until his passing.
